Unity AnimationClip SetCurve m_ prefix confusion

I decided to use runtime animations for a game I am working on and the confusion is real! The AnimationClip.SetCurve takes the name of the parameter to animate. Now from documentation, some variables like localPosition dont use the m_ prefix while some of them like CanvasGroup use m_Alpha. How am I supposed to know the real variable name? Even reflecting all the component properties gives names without the m_ prefix. Is there some list where we can find out which properties use the m_ prefix and which dont?

Property names can be looked up by
setting Asset Serialization to Force
Text mode in the Editor settings. The
text files that are then written by
the editor will include the names of
the properties.
