unity asset declined, reupload or wait?

hi, last week i have submitted an asset to the asset store. today i received an email from the unity QA team explaining that my asset was crashed during the test and they had to decline the asset. i noticed the crash will only happen if the playmakerglobal is not imported properly into the project.

i have documented this installation guide in the asset. but it seem that the QA team did not follow the installation guide i wrote thus lead the asset to crash. i have replied an email to the QA team (bugs@unity.com) explaining how to install the asset for the 2nd time. but I’m afraid it will took them a long time to respond to my email. do i have to wait for their reply and review my asset again (is this possible? how is the workflow for the review process? is it possible decline status to become pending review again?), or is it better if i reupload the asset again and return back to the back of the review queue.

have anyone encountered this situation?

Sell your asset via fastspring

You will have to wait for them to get back to you if you want your asset on the Asset Store. They normally respond quite quickly to emails (within 2 working days), so I would wait and see what they have to say. Is there nothing you can do to avoid crashes altogether? Maybe some directives on your scripts, dunno.

Alternatively, imtrobin is right, you could always start selling the asset yourself. You could try fastspring, or digitalgoodsstore.com (which helps you with the financial side of things).
