I have a low score review from a user named Nattawut_H who has left a 2 star review to ask a simple question if my VR asset supports Vive Trackers (which it does mention in the asset description).
I responded to the review politely answering the question and I asked the user to change the score or remove their review if possible as it is not a review.
The user updated the score to 5 stars but then a week or so later they changed the score back to 2 stars.
I have contacted Unity support about this to remove the review to no avail, is there any other avenue to pursue in getting spam reviews removed?
