In “My Lists” in the Asset Store web page section, I create a “User List” and I set it to Public.
What is the difference between this and making a “Publisher List”?
What is the difference between “User Lists” and a “Publisher List” in general?

The Publisher List(s) you create appears under your list of assets on your publisher page, if you are an asset store publisher.
