Unity assets store payout request failed

I really need your help.

I’ve been facing multiple payout failures even though all my payout details (PayPal, address, etc.) are 100% correct. Unity keeps showing an error saying the payout couldn’t be processed due to incorrect information — but I’ve double-checked everything multiple times.

I’m starting to feel stuck, and I urgently need this payment.
Has anyone here gone through the same issue before?

How did you fix it?

Did Unity eventually respond or manually fix it for you?

Is there something hidden I might be missing?

Any advice or shared experiences would mean a lot.

I would suggest contacting Unity support.

I’m going through this right now. Over a month with no response from support.

Did you check the address on the payout profile and the address on PayPal or something like that cus i heard that you’ll never get paid if it not the same , especially if you make a changes last time before the payout failed.

There were actually some discrepancies. I just fixed it. I’ll wait and see if it works. Thank you very much. I hope it works.
