I wanted to check out the latest changelog, and found that there is german (I think?) text at the tabs.
I am from the Netherlands, so I have no idea why this is here.
Did anyone else also have this?

Pretty sure Ultimos lanzamientos is Spanish.

Yeah, the funniest part of this whole is that it’s choosing multiple wrong languages. 
well for me is in english… also in your screen shots is also in english
Well in case you got 100% sure your page is in german, ckeck if your link is Unity Editor Beta Releases. If yes, remove the “de/” and you may teleport to english. Also in the footer have a link for english version of page
The tabs in the screenshot are in another language.
It is fixed now however
