Unity blue screen Problem, Cant navigate screen.

So I’ve been using unity for a couple of days now and it was going smoothly until I started a new project it just starts with that plane blue color in the background, I can’t see the main camera and that grey rectangle is the terrain I tried adding. Also I cant navigate/pan around the scene at all and I cant add any assets. Here’s a picture Sorry I cant explain things well. alt text

This is because you are the the Game windows.
Near the top (middle) there are two tabs: Game and Scene.
The Scene tab is the window you use to edit the scene.
