Is the "Unity Bootcamp” Demo a tech demo for the engine, or a copyright demo for this (just announced) Unity 3 game?

In the past all of the demos on the Unity site were available to Unity game developers as free-to-use resources.

the full demo will not become available, nor will the dark unity demo that was originally shown. Both was confirmed in the past already.
the part of the demo that UT is willing to hand out in source form is present in your U3 installation as bootcamp is the new example project.
So the parts that are included (Boot Camp Demo) in Unity 3 are available for Unity developers to use, correct?
