Unity breaks on baking the lights

Whenever i try baking the lights it stops either at preprocessing or post processing, it’s always either stopping on hold on Scene.Repaint window or just doesn’t show anything and i can’t open the unity back from the taskbar. I’ve already tried cleaning the gi cache aswell as removing the library folder, none worked. I’ve tried lowering down the samples and resolutions but none worked. The same thing happens on a new scene with 3 static objects. I’ve also tried changing the lightmapper to CPU but the same thing happened

The specs i have:
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 470
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770
RAM: 16gb DDR3

it happened when i changed to 6000.0.23f1 version and i suspect that this is a bug, should i upgrade to 32f1? or should i just go back to 2022 lts?

This was fixed in 6000.0.25f1.
