Unity Bug UnityEditor.Editorwindow Close when trying to assign an Animator condition

Hi!

I suddenly get the following error message any time I’m trying to assign a condition to a transition in the animator (just clicking on the dropdown triggers the error) . For as far as I know nothing changed but just suddenly stopped working.

The error message:

NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object''' UnityEditor.EditorWindow.Close () (at <20b79eb59c0f467d8b1106b2110bc953>:0) UnityEditor.StatelessAdvancedDropdown.ResetAndCreateWindow () (at <20b79eb59c0f467d8b1106b2110bc953>:0) UnityEditor.StatelessAdvancedDropdown.DoSearchablePopup (UnityEngine.Rect rect, System.Int32 selectedIndex, System.String[] displayedOptions, UnityEngine.GUIStyle style) (at <20b79eb59c0f467d8b1106b2110bc953>:0) UnityEditor.EditorGUI.AdvancedPopup (UnityEngine.Rect rect, System.Int32 selectedIndex, System.String[] displayedOptions) (at <20b79eb59c0f467d8b1106b2110bc953>:0) UnityEditor.Graphs.AnimationStateMachine.AnimatorTransitionInspectorBase.DrawConditionsElement (UnityEngine.Rect rect, System.Int32 index, System.Boolean selected, System.Boolean focused) (at :0) UnityEditorInternal.ReorderableList.DoListElements (UnityEngine.Rect listRect) (at <20b79eb59c0f467d8b1106b2110bc953>:0) UnityEditorInternal.ReorderableList.DoLayoutList () (at <20b79eb59c0f467d8b1106b2110bc953>:0) UnityEditor.Graphs.AnimationStateMachine.AnimatorTransitionInspectorBase.OnInspectorGUI () (at :0) UnityEditor.UIElements.InspectorElement+<>c__DisplayClass58_0.b__0 () (at <20b79eb59c0f467d8b1106b2110bc953>:0) UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent(Int32, IntPtr, Boolean&)

Please help, I can’t continue on my project!

ok, didn’t find out what caused this but running ‘Assets > Reïmport all’ seems to have solved the problem!
