unity build error access denied

when i am building my game it fails and gets this error

Error building Player: UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path “Temp\StagingArea\oprockets_Data\Managed\Mono.Security.dll” or “C:\Users\jacob\Google Drive\oprockets0.6\oprockets_Data\Managed\Mono.Security.dll” is denied.

Access is denied so start unity in Elevated Priviledge mode, Administrator mode, root access, whatever your OS calls it.
