Unity cant do HD Pictures?

Hello,every time I put a 1920*1080 picture on a plane, it’s not HD at all, can this be fixed or can Unity not do high resolution pictures? Thanks.

Change the import settings, since 1024x1024 max is the default.

I did, nothing happend. It’s weird.

You have to click “apply”. If you change the import settings to 2048x2048, then 1920x1080 will be imported without scaling down.
