I once read about a Swedish office being offered to people who develop with Unity.
I think there was a Facebook group about it. I’m not sure if it worked out.
May I ask if other departements of that kind exist in other countries? Currently I didn’t find any.

There are dedicated office spaces for game devs here in Melbourne. The Arcade being the most notable. Its not restricted to just Unity devs.
Similar here in UK although it differs from region to region, there are local IT / Multi-media Hub programs near to me.
The potential benefits are different studios can sub-contract other studios to work on larger or more diverse projects.
But they are not free to the best of my knowledge.
IMHO as robots and automation start taking over 50%+ of the current jobs we really could use free and open multi-media development hubs and a basic income. Then people can pursue “careers” in the arts and multimedia.
Can someone explain this to me with a little more details??
In Hungary (I think) a city exists where mostly game devs live and work.
I am looking for something like this to be driven away by the spirit.
@Arowx Yes, I agree. I think that is going to come in some time. In fact, it is already like that to some extent in some countries.
Let’s just crowd fund a big island and make games there for the rest of our lives
I like that idea, we’d be the silicon valley equivalent to gaming.
There already are plenty of hubs for game dev around the world.

There is the afore mentioned silicone valley. Melbourne has a vibrant indie hub. Back home in NZ Wellington has a significant number of creative digital industries.
I’m pretty sure such hubs exist around the world if you are willing to look. Start by investigating all of the cities where Unite is hosted.
