Unity Codeless IAP incorrect result

We are using Unity Codeless IAP for consumable IAP. Every thing works on iOS/Android on our testing devices.

After the app released, some user reported that they cannot get the purchased content. They can provide the invoice from Apple/Google, but it seems the Unity IAP response with fail.

How can it would happen, or this is a bug? And if the app cannot handle the purchase correctly at the first time, is there any function to get the receipt of last transaction again?

This is something we are looking into. Are you using IAP 1.23? Are you handling the AppNotKnown return code (Google Account error)?

We are using Unity IAP 1.2. The version 1.23 have something wrong when upload to Goole Play Console.
I cannot test the case, it just happen to the end user. But it often happens on iOS.

Yes, please test with 1.23. You’ll need to elaborate with regard to something wrong.
