Unity Collaborate project wont load/download on new pc

Hello

Recently i ported my project to Unity Collaborate on my laptop so me and my other developer could have an easier time (he’s not that good with version control). So when i tried to download the project from the cloud to my home PC, it just wont load in, and when i check the folder, it doesn’t have anything downloaded at all.
I tried to redownload unity 2 times, but that doesn’t fix it.

Any help is appreciated

same issue download from the clouda nd fail it dose not load anything its empty,same issue here trying to work with a buddy on a game and its always failing to load after downloading from the cloud.
