Unity complains "Scene is missing a fullscreen camera"

The scene has a camera, but after a recent update, any time I hit play will show the game in a small area within the main game preview. Any hidden setting I am not noticing?

Make sure that your camera has the viewport rect set to
X:0
Y:0
W:1
H:1
