My collegues and I completed sevral games on Unity engine and we would like to share some free codes. So Admin can you tell me where I can post them so I dont get banned and the post taken out ?

We have a couple sections for posting projects. The first is obviously for unfinished projects and the second is for completed.

The links @Ryiah would be the best place to share in our forums. You can also check out the Made With Unity website to set up stand alone pages for your game, with some nice gallery and story features.
If you’re trying to share some codes alongside some information on your teams project, I would suggest the Made With Unity forum that @Ryiah shared.

Its also worth mentioning the asset store as a place to distribute complete code assets.
Its pretty hard to get a ban around here. Not for posting in the wrong place anyway. Just make your best judgement on where to post. If you are wrong it will get moved. Nothing more.
