I was buying any asset and when i press the buy button, gave an unknown error and i couldn’t buy the asset but my money is gone What am I going to do now? I sent many e-mail to unity support but they did not answer me. Unity employess please help I want money back

I was buying an asset from asset store and i pressed the buy button but gave an unknown error and my money is gone. I called the bank maybe the bank did this but your company did this. please ı want money back

and i pressed many times then your site took my money and did not give back

How do you know the site took your money? Also, please calm down.
When you contact Unity support you get a case number in return, thats what Sara is asking for.
i have no case number anywhere where can i find it? also 10$ is gone from my bank card and the asset still seems “buy now” not “download” or “import”
