Unity costumer service doesn't respond for 3 weeks

I just want to ask why unity customer service responds very slow? I just want to ask a simple question about unity plus service. I made a mistake and activated my subscription in old wrong organization. I just email to unity customer service and not respond for 3 weeks.I understand covid 19 problems but This is long time anyway. I paid for this service, and I can not use it for long time.

Anyone can help to move my subscription to another organization ?

Ok. Unity team reach me and they will try to solve my problem thanks. I can not move my subscription to another organization from admin panel. Maybe this feature can be add to admin panel.
