When Launching, nothing happens. There is no “force quit” option either, just totally unresponsive.

12/02/2014 17:39:23.698 Unity: NSDocumentController Info.plist warning: The values of CFBundleTypeRole entries must be ‘Editor’, ‘Viewer’, ‘None’, or ‘Shell’.
We was running the Unity 3 series, the only clear way to resolve the issue was to move to the 4 series which has caused us all sorts of headaches as alot of the functionality we use was based around the 3 series.
We are currently stuck at 4.1.5 due to the fact that 4.2 onwards makes our server assets (5,000+) obsolete. The time it would take to rebundle the assets and test our system would be far too great for us.
Its looking like we as company shall have to look for an alternative to Unity for our Real Time solution, as Unity is proving far too problematic for our purpose and workflow from RT to Scanline.
Just FYI that’s a support case, not a bug report. The bug report app is installed alongside the editor, so you should be able to submit bugs even if the editor doesn’t work.
The Unity project was in such a state, the Bug Reporter would not launch either. Im unsure to what the issue was, as no changes were made to the Unity 3.5.7 Project, however it just crashed and burned for some reason. The only option I had was to submit the support case, I was given from noreply@unity3d.com. We sent the request on Friday 13th Feb, it is now the 21st of Feb with no reply.
As Unity becomes more important within the business, we could consider Premium Support. We are a small team within a large company. Im unsure which bracket we fall into with pricing.
If that case number you gave is correct, there was a conversation with Patrick on the 14th, we haven’t heard from him since we sent a screenshot for him to compare to see if your installation was corrupted.
