Unity crashes on launch when Oculus DK1 is connected

I have the same issue as described here: Unity crashes with Oculus SDK 0.4.4 - Unity Answers. Where can I find the Configuration Utility mentioned in the post?

The crash happens only when I plugin the DK1 via HDMI port, and enter play mode.

The Configuration Utility is located in the systray and must be configured to display always an icon. The icon must be clicked to run the configuration utility or to change the rift display mode.
