Unity crashes (unresponsive)

Hi I have been trying to play a game that uses Unity (Lego Hero Factory) and for some reason it won’t load now. With Chrome it says something about “unresponsive would you like to close.” IE just sits there, although I don’t use it often anyway. I can’t get it to work with any browser, I even tried Firefox, same. Said crashed or something. Anyway I am leaving info that I hope can help with trying to figure out what’s going on here. I have been having problems all year with this, I don’t really remember anything drastic happening to make it work. Also, I also use Unity with Monkeyquest, and that game seems to work fine.

First off I have a Dell Laptop, it is an Inspiron 1525 (older I know) Windows Vista Home Basic 32bit.
Processor is Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU T2390 @1.8GHz 1.8GHz
RAM is 3.00 GB

I also ran a log thingy (read about it online) and this is the last one to come up:

dude that lego game isn’t compatible with your computer. I think you can change the settings on you computer so that it can run.

How do I change the settings? I don’t know anything about that. Thank you for answering though, hopefully you’re getting me on the right track.

Hi @Irishmyst84

I can’t see anything in that log showing a crash, so unfortunately that isn’t very helpful, but first of all, we need to be able to reproduce the problem before trying to fix it.

If you can provide me with some steps to reproduce then I’ll see if it crashes for me too.

Thanks,
Chris

Sure, but what do you mean provide you with steps to reproduce? What do I need to do?

“Steps to reproduce” means a list of actions or a set of instructions needed to reproduce the crash.

Same to me also i am trying to play game called uberstrike it just keep showing and now i cant play my favorite game pls help me
