I’ve tried drag and drop the file into unity assets folder, import new asset, everything. What can I do? The file is FBX, exported from 3ds max.

File a bug and include the FBX and send it to UT. Had this once too and they will take a look at this and fix it.
FBX file, look for light, non standart materials (vray, Checker), cameras… this can make unity crash with an old FBX exporter.
