Unity crashes when opening example scene of the asset Unity Terrain - HDRP Demo Scene

Hi everyone!! I’m on Unity HDRP 13.x

I have downloaded the asset (Unity Terrain - HDRP Demo Scene | 3D Environments | Unity Asset Store) to play around with it. But when trying to open the example scene Unity Crashes. And when this happens it no longer lets me open the project in which I imported the asset until I delete the folder (of the asset) manually.
Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?
