Hello people.
After updating my project, unity keeps crashing at start-up! I’ve worked out that the cause it the project. Is there any way to fix it?

Hold down the ALT key while starting Unity to open up the project selection wizard.
Also submitting a bug might help us see what went wrong.
It turned out that a virus was corrupting all my projects so I’ve reinstalled my OS and unity.
