Hey guys,
I’ve put this through to support, but on my time they won’t get back to me until tomorrow so I thought I’d try here too.
I’ve had major problems with my laptop this week and have had to reload MANY times. Anyway, it’s all good now and I got around to installing Unity (4) last night. During the activation, my bad luck won out again and the machine ran out of battery and shut itself down. It was on the second screen of activation where it asks for username and password for my Unity account.
Anyway… now when I try to run Unity, it just crashes immediately. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a few times, but it’s still doing it. There must be some sort of registry key left behind that is not set quite right due to the “half activation”.
Anyone have any idea what they registry key might be so I can remove it and try to install again?
I’m dreading the thought of having to reload this laptop for the SIXTH time this week.
