Yes I am facing similar issue…Have Mailed support and similar step were given to me in the mail but problem still exist…With this issue i am not able to use unity hub,dashboard and services as i am signed out right now and on sign up its say " We 're sorry, but something went wrong." Right now i need to update some of my project but due to this issue i am unable to update my projects
After verifying my credentials, the Customer Experience Advisor disabled two-factor authentication from my account. As a result, my issue has been resolved, and I can now access both the Unity dashboard and Unity Hub. I recommend reaching out to them to see if they can assist you in a similar manner.
It’s annoying to have trouble logging into the Unity dashboard. It impedes productivity and throws off workflow. I’m hoping for a quick fix to this annoyance so we can resume smooth progress.
