Unity dashboard login issue. We're sorry, but something went wrong

I’m trying to access my unity developer dashboard, asset store and Unity hub but receiving error from couple of days.

We’re sorry, but something went wrong.
We’ve been notified about this issue, and we’ll take a look at it shortly.

I tried it by cleaning cookies settings and website data but problem resist.
I also tried on different networks and devices.

I tried to register a ticked but did not receive any response.

I would continue to do my work but unable to login. Unable to access my assets from Unity asset store.

Anyone else is facing that issue?

I checked Unity service status, it is showing “All systems operational.”

Yes I am facing same Issue

Hey, sorry to hear that you have having difficulties logging in and that clearing your cookies did not help. Definitely not a great way to start the week. Let me escalate this to the team and get this looked into ASAP. Thanks so much for reporting!

Hi, thank you for your response.

Upon examining the browser logs, I have identified an issue:
Failed to load resources:
server responded with a status of 500 (Internal server error)

I did more workaround, but they also did not work.

  • Reconfigured the IP address (ipconfig /renew)
  • Tried adding hostnames in firewall setting.
  • Tried by allowing 80 and 443 ports settings.

Unfortunately, none of these workarounds provided a solution.

Yes I am facing similar issue…Have Mailed support and similar step were given to me in the mail but problem still exist…With this issue i am not able to use unity hub, dashboard and services as i am signed out right now and on sign up its say " We 're sorry, but something went wrong." Right now i need to update some of my project but due to this issue i am unable to update my projects

After verifying my credentials, the Customer Experience Advisor disabled two-factor authentication from my account. As a result, my issue has been resolved, and I can now access both the Unity dashboard and Unity Hub. I recommend reaching out to them to see if they can assist you in a similar manner.

Thanks…Got my issue resolved in Similar manner

SOLVED (for me)
In case your PC has installed some corporate proxy like Zscaler, you should

  1. clear the cache of your browser
  2. put yourself in the login page, the one that appears after you click on the sing in button in the UnityHUB client
  3. restart zscaler
  4. when you receive the Warning notification from the proxy client, sign in and click “open unity hub” from the pop up in the browser.

Do this in the period of time of proxy client restarting, otherwise it wont work.

I hope this helped you guys

It’s annoying to have trouble logging into the Unity dashboard. It impedes productivity and throws off workflow. I’m hoping for a quick fix to this annoyance so we can resume smooth progress.
