I subscribed to the magazine in december 08, and soon after I received the first issue (number 2) so I buyed the first one separately… but I’m still waiting for it. 2 emails sent, no reply!
I wonder if someone else had the same problem.

Hmm didn’t have any trouble with the first two issues shipping but the third issue still hasn’t arrived so guess there’s a halt on all shipping atm.
Charles posted a while back that issue 3 was in the works and a quick visit to his website says the same. But it’s been almost a month since he last posted an update on its progress, which is pretty disappointing. I, like a lot of folks, jumped in to buy a subscription but gotta say it’s been a bit of a disappointment so far. :roll:

yes I know there’s some problem with the 3rd issue, and I can wait for it without stress. my disappoint is about the fact that I buyed the issue 1, never received it, and never received a reply to my emails 
If issue two shipped and arrived but issue one didn’t arrive, it is most likely a mailing issue. Every copy ordered prior to GDC has been shipped and a batch will go out today to catch things back up.
I don’t know why I haven’t received your emails, but if you PM me with your email address and mailing information, I can search and see if they simply got mis-categorized so that email communication won’t be a problem going forward and (more importantly) get a replacement copy in the mail right away.
ok then I had a reply!! 
now let’s see if the issue 1 arrives…

Would be nice to have issue 3 as the first 2 were great. Having built an entire game around the Kings on Strings article in issue one I have no complaints about this mag its already been worth the sub price.
Hmm I too have a problem with communication with them.
I ordered a subscription starting from number 3 and, I bought number 1 as well. But it didn’t arrive and noone replied to about 5 (?) of my emails sent different ways :p…
If they want to send me that number one issue along with number 3, when it comes out (to cut the sending costs, though keep me waiting ;P), then I’d like at least to have a reply to my emails confirming that ;|. Eh, yea, kinda disappointing ;)…

Yeah, this is getting kind of ridiculous. How long has it been since Volume 2 came out, 7 months? At this rate I’ll be collecting Social Security before my subscription expires… :roll:
I wonder. Is there a possibility of a refund in case those problems won’t be fixed soon?

Edit: If this is who I think it is, one of your messaged did get through (I don’t have 5, however) and I flagged there as having been a shipping issue and re-mailed. From what I can tell, there was a group of magazines that went out at the same time and none of them appear to have been delivered – I don’t know why, but I’ve reshipped all of them. If you didn’t just get an email from me in reply, do what I said above and PM me here.
Yea I’m having the same problem. I order a year’s copy of all the issues and I have yet to receive any of them. I order them like 5 weeks ago and I haven’t receive any info about them just a invoice of what I purchase.
I have a feeling that you ordered right around the same time, so if something shipped it may have been in that missing batch. If that is the case, it was reshipped and you don’t need to do anything.
I did see that have a message from you last week and flagged your order in the system so that I can see what is going on and confirm the situation.
Ok. I did get an email back from you now. Thanks. I’ll be looking forward to recieving that product. thumbs up
