Unity DevOps transaction blocked

Hello,

I wanted to sign up for the free tier of Unity DevOps. But, after inserting my credit card details, I got a message saying “Transaction Blocked, you will be contacted by Unity in 1 business day”. This was on Sunday mind you, and nobody have contacted me yet. So, what now?
