Hey Unity Build Automation users. Have you released a title for the Xbox console series? In the process of developing one, or potentially, considering porting over an existing title to Xbox? The Unity DevOps team needs your help!
As you may have heard, we are in the process of expanding our target platform support to include top consoles, beginning with the Xbox series. We’ve made great development strides and we are excited to share that our Closed-Alpha is starting soon!
This Closed-Alpha will give selected developers hands-on experience of our new Xbox builders and, together with ongoing internal benchmarking and testing, it will be a way for us to stress-test our infrastructure and improve several key aspects of the builders using real-world titles. As Closed-Alpha participants get their hands on this early iteration, we will work to ensure stability, resiliency and performance criteria are met as we work toward our GTM planned for early 2024.

Developer experience is at the core of our project. We need your feedback to help ensure a highly performant and stable environment for Xbox developers everywhere. If this interests you, we’ll accommodate an approach that’s suitable for your studio to report any issues you’ve experienced, including optimizations and feature requests you may have to our support team.
