Unity does not generate any solution or project file

I can’t get unity to generate .sln or project files. Does anybody have the same issue?

I’ve actually solved that bug, by installing VS code and manually pointing Unity to VSCode binary, I thought that its unity generating files but it appears they are generated by VS.
