What could be the problem?

Did you try to completely uninstall and then reinstall?

I uninstalled it, then restarted computer.
Install again, and restart computer. And still the same error.

Any idea?

probably incompatible with your computer, maybe the antivirus software? try to also run unity.exe as an administrator.

I haven’t any antivirus or firewall software. The built-in windows firewall and antivirus are also turned off. I’m an administrator.
Any other idea?

Your CPU is PRETTY old and does probably not support necessary features. I had some similar trouble a couple of years ago (though it was already a AMD XP 3000+ back then) which I had for far too long but was unwilling to upgrade. When it turned out that most software needed SSE2 instruction set support which the CPU did not have I finally upgraded. So would I recommend here.

You’ll get a new machine for as good as no money nowadays. Doesn’t need to be the latest high end configuration. Just a bit more up to date.

I bet that’ll fix your issue.

Thank you! My motherboard supports AMD Sempron , Athlon, Athlon XP, Duron. But these CPUs support only SSE1 instruction set. But Unity needs SSE2. So my whole computer is pretty old. I need a new one.

Well I’m not sure about the SSE2 requirement, but as I mentioned that’ll be my first guess.

But even not talking about Unity - your machine is old. Very old. A granny among today’s teens. It has worked long enough in its life, let it retire and spend its time sitting in the park feeding ducks while letting others do the work!

You are right! But I haven’t got enough money to buy a new computer. It is very annoying me, but that is the truth. I can’t make 3D games with this computer, so I will make a 2D game, because I have this resource now. If I will make a huge profit with my first 2D game, I’m going to buy a new computer, buy a Unity license, and some new smart phone for testing my 3D game. I need money to step forward. It is not just about my computer, but I need some professional tools, for example good computer, expensive software and new phones. And that’s a lot of money for me.

yah it the specs are kindda old.
