Unity doesn't open Visual Studio on double click after adding Visual Studio Editor

Hi, works fine with Visual Studio Code Editor alone, but after i install Visual Studio Editor package unity stops to react on script double click in any form (in project or console). Happens in multiple projects, also same projects are fine on other pc. What potentially i need to clean up to fix this? reinstalled unity, reinstalled visual studio, doesn’t help. Thanks

(Unity 2020.2.0f1, but happened also on previous versions)

managed to solve this, had russian signs in name of user folder in Windows. renaming user into english solved the problem
