Unity don´t open. Unity Package Mananger fails.

Hi im new, and i have a problem with Unity 3d. I cant open any Unity Project and get 2 types of fail advices.
The first, when i execute unity without administrator privilegies:


And when i execute with admin privilegies

I attached the log of diagnosis of the Unity Package Mananger Diagnostics tool…
What can be?

Hey there. Could you please provide us with details on the following:

  • How are you change the administrator privileges?
  • Are you opening Unity from the Hub? What version of the Hub is using?
  • provide Editor.log and upm.log (with and without changing the administrator privileges)
