Hello! I tried to start Unity 3 Demo after installation, but there is the error massage: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002)." I have admin rights and the C++ 2010 package installed. I test it on 2 pc, but all the same. Hope you can help me soon. Thnx
I have the same problem :( Fesh XP SP3 install.. Upon Unity 3.x installation the application does not start up but displays the above mentioned error.

Found out you need to install .NET Framework 3.5
Installing .NET 3.5 worked for me, thanks!
