Well, for some reason every time I try to download Unity through unity hub I get this error, I have tried switching versions, running as administrator, uninstalling and installing unity files over and over again but nothing works, I have been trying to download it for over a week now and I still can’t do it.
I think it might be a connection problem, however, my internet is pretty good and it’s pretty rare that I get this error over and over again.
I hope you can help me, Thank you very much .
Did you find a fix? I have been having the same issues.
I have same issue too. Did you find a fix?

same issue here for android SDK, with unity hub 3.8.0 unity editor 2023.2.20 - windows 11
same issue here
Also the same issue. I tried doing some research and just found a subreddit about node.js. I couldn’t understand it at all. I am pretty sure this is a network issue involving overuse of bandwidth on the router and it causes an interruption to your download. This problem has been an issue with more than just the Unity Hub for me as it is inside of other applications such as Discord (my connection to the app disconnects when I stream my screen) and VRChat (I cannot download avatars or worlds that are too big as the download stops and restarts after a few minutes of being paused). Hopefully someone out there has a solution but my research continues!
Have the same problem, my solution was to keep installer always on top (not minimize) and active. Then I see errors I refresh downloading’s.
where are the people of unity to help us?
Same issue on Unity Hub 3.8.0 (Request Timeout & socket hang up). I hope someone have a solution.
Guys, I found a solution, download it from the unity editor website and use it in unity already here is a link to the newest one: Unity 2022.3.33
i have the same problem
i tried that but it doesn’t work for me
I had the same problem and for me it was because I had many tabs in Chrome open. After closing all browser windows everything worked fine. Also make sure you’re not downloading anything in the background e.g. Steam. And do not stream video or music while installing.
