Hello, I’m a student at university and using Unity a lot in my daily life. But also Its always better to use 2 screen to work more productive thats why I try to connect my Ipad to my laptop as a second screen. But there is a little problem about it, Im using Duet Display to do that and Unity doesn’t start while there is Duet Display installed. Im trying to fix this for 2 days and checked a lot on google. Realized that Unity and Duet Display doesn’t work together but that thread was 3 years old so I wanted to ask it myself. Is there still no solution to use Unity with Duet Display? I dont event want to drag Unity into Ipad screen but it just doesn’t open atm. Its annoying tho
After a few more research I couldn’t find out any solution for that but I found out, Splashtop Wired Display works with the same way and doesn’t block other applications. The only negative part is it has a little bit lag but so low that can be ignored. + Splashtop is a free application you don’t have to pay for Duet Display it seems. At least if you gonna work with game engines you should prefer Splashtop Wired Display.
