Unity Editor Asset store not working? White screen.

I’ve seen this one pop up for other people but I’ve tried the fixes described there without luck including complete uninstall and registry wipe.

My Asset store is not loading at all in the editor - I just get a white screen. Its therefore not possible to bring new assets in, only the stuff I already have from other projects.

This is really annoying - I have tried deleting absolutley everything and even tried regediting my APPDATA directory just to try and get a workaround going, since the whole "install assets to Appdir is just one of the most stupid design choices ever I think.

PLEASE Unity team!! give us a “Paths” setting in editor options - Sometime after you help me get my asset store working again.

I had this problem for the last couple of hours. It was frustrating as hell. I fixed it by closing all my open browsers and making sure they were closed in task manager as well. Then the asset store opened straight away inside Unity (instead of a permanent white screen).

Your error might be a little more complicated than this but thought I’d try and help anyway. Hope you get it fixed.
