Unity Editor Crash on toggling Local Hosting with Nord VPN

Title says it all;

If you have NordVPN client installed, running, and connected to VPN and attempt to start the local Addressables hosting service, Unity Editor will crash.

As soon as you disconnect from VPN, operation works as expected.

I mean, in general, the Local Hosting service is really unstable.
