Hello, I’ve updated my operational system from windows 8.1 to windows 10 two or three months ago, haven’t tried to launch Unity since then, today I tried to do that but it just keeps crashing whenever I try to open Unity. It asked to re-activate my license at first and then crash but now it doesn’t even mention anything about license anymore. I’ve searched google for like 2 hours now, cannot find the solution.

Thing’s I’ve tried:
Run Unity by cmd
Run as administrator
Re-install unity

Are you able to get to the part where it just allows you to choose from your files ?

Or is it when you click on unity, it crashes there.

No, I don’t even get the menu to create a new project/select existing projects, it’s an instant crash.

Is there even such thing as unity support? Because I’ve sent the crash report a week ago, had no response except the bot message that my report submitted. I can’t get help here either…what am I suppose to do?

I am also having this exact same issue, as of today. I can’t access the menu at all, I’ve reinstalled several times, sweeped all the data and kept trying and trying. There is no answer, there is no fix, I can’t use Unity and therefore I can no longer continue with my thesis, what on earth can we do to fix this? I physically cannot load it whatsoever, no menu, no anything. The dump files are useless to me, I don’t have time to spare on sending an error message because I need an answer urgently; what can we do to fix this problem?
