Unity editor randomly hungs up in play mode when tries to access the camera

We have problems with the editor. It randomly hungs up in play mode when tries to access the camera. We use Windows 10 and have tried several Unity versions,

We tried to grant access to the camera in Apps and features but Unity modify option is disabled,

Could you help us, please?

Hi, it was caused by incompatibility with video codecs,
