Unity Editor Running Terribly Slow

Out of nowhere, my Unity editor has been extremely slow to the point of not being useable. The editor itself, clicking on drop down menus and navigating folders, takes way too long and trying to play a game is impossible. It doesn’t matter if I am in a 2D project or a 3D project in the editor they run equally bad.

I have read every Google search results forum post on this situation and nothing helps.
I’ve tried adding “-force-opengl” to the end of the file directory, I’ve tried reinstalling my graphics card, reinstalling Unity/UnityHub, I’ve turned down the quality settings, turned off global illumination, turned off Anti-aliasing. I can’t think of anything else to try. If I try to run a video game like Minecraft or League of Legends those games run fine. So I do not think its a hardware issue.

I did see the suggestion to run the Profiler. I don’t know what I’m looking at when I run it so I’m hoping maybe someone can discern the meaning. The image attached is me running the editor idly for a few seconds. Hopefully someone can tell me what it means and maybe I can get closer to solving the issue.

I’ve completely updated my graphics card and tried to optimize it as much as possible.
Unreal Engine 4 works perfectly fine and no one has responded to me after 2 weeks and 100 views so I’m brining my project to Unreal. At least tell me if I need to be more specific in my problem or if you need more information. Thanks.
