Unity Editor taking forever to startup + Black Screen

So I’ve spent at least an hour and a half installing Unity through the Unity Hub app.
When starting a new project the editor takes 10 minutes to load, and when loaded, all I see is a gray/black screen… It worked flawlessly when I installed it a few months ago… on the same machine!!

This is a fresh install (I had to format my PC). I’m using Unity 2019.2.11f1 in a 64bit Windows 10 machine, 8GB of RAM and an Intel i7 processor.

I’ve looked this up and found no solutions to these two problems… Please help??
