My Environment:
OS: Windows 10 Home Version 1909 Build 18363.836 (64-bit)
Unity: 2019.3.14f1
Unity Hub: 2.3.1
Install location: I: drive, C: is a tiny OS drive.
My Problem:

Dependencies Data and what I’ve tried:
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Unity and Unity Hub about 3 times.
I’ve run Dependencies on Unity.exe. It stated I had a lot of sys32 dlls that had missing imports that I can’t control (safely anyway). Is this just Unity has issues with the versions of Windows 10 that were updated from previous versions (took the free upgrade from 7)? Or is my Windows 10 somehow broken? (I’ve run sfc /scannow, it repaired stuff, I restarted my computer, same problem)
