Unity Editor working so badly

Hi everyone, I’m having a lot of problems with unity when trying to use the editor. When I open it this is what I get:

I have no idea what is happening here, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, I had tried different unity versions(the same issue on all of them), I’ve updated all my pc drivers… nothing works. I’m using windows 10 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 & Intel(R) HD Graphics 630. I hope somebody can help me.

@Khaika looks irrelevant but the problem may be on the network adapter. disable all adapters and restart unity or pc. I had a similar issue. it had happens when I connected to the internet via my android phone
