This seems to be the best place to put this question and I haven’t be able to found an answer yet. Sorry if it doesn’t belong in Unity Support.
My question, When Mac OSX Snow Leopard hits us in about 4 days (28th of august) will Unity run without problems?

Considering that the current version of Unity (2.5.1) was released quite some time before Snow Leopard’s pending release you should not expect everything to be smooth and flawless, proceed with Snow Leopard at your own risk. This should be your standard response to “look, big new OS coming out, will it work with the already released applications I’m using?”
The pending Unity iPhone update (releasing this week) will offer Snow Leopard compatibility, Unity 2.6 (releasing later this summer/fall) will also offer Snow Leopard compatibility. But 2.5.1 may or may not run smoothly, to be safe expect hassles as from there you hopefully can only be impressed and not disappointed. 
Any news on support for Safari? It works great in FIrefox, but you get a blank screen in Safari
