Unity - Error To start up

Lol, I should probably make a new thread on this problem. XP

I go to start Unity, but it says there’s an Error and needs to close. I’ve checked the DEP and it takes a few seconds before saying the same error. I run Windows XP

I just downloaded Unity today and my internet service is disappearing later this evening. If anyone can help me find out what the problem is, I’ll be in debt to you. ^^

Can anyone help me? I really want to start using Unity, but I don’t know why it won’t launch

I seriously need help. I don’t know what to do. Unity won’t even load it’s splash. I’ve tried everything that was possible on the Report, but it still won’t start up. I’ve checked the DEP and allowed it, but it does the same thing.
