Unity fails to build game for Android when Signal R is included in project

Hello,
I am using Unity 2018.4.30f1 for building mobile game for iOS and Android. Recently, I needed to use Signal R to implement a chat. Downloading NuGet and placing dll files in project gives me errors when trying to build for Android.
