I have reported these to support ticket roughly a month ago. They have cleared up all the spam at that time. Seems the spammer has no sign of giving up now.
It’s still spammed on a daily basis.
We’re aware, and have been working on solving it (e.g. you may have noticed that posting a new suggestion now requires a captcha).
