Unity for Humanity Grant

I am working on my application for the Unity for Humanity Grant and I have a question: I am a student but I am also in charge of an organization (LLC). What is the difference between applying as a student project and applying as a regular project? Would the funds go to my University instead of my organization? Is it the same amount?

Thank you!

Looking at the notes it does mention the following:

Does my project need a nonprofit or charity partnership to receive a grant?
Projects must be charitable in nature. We encourage you to submit projects affiliated with a nonprofit organization. Grants cannot be made to an individual, so please include your nonprofit, studio, or other legal entity with your application.

If you are not affiliated with a nonprofit organization, we will recommend nonprofit fiscal sponsors that you can partner with.

I’m not really familiar with this grant but I’d expect that any profits and ownership of the game would go to the nonprofit/charity organization. For student grants I’d expect that a game development course would get it e.g. entire class, full year project.

in both cases, but the terms of use and how the funds are allocatedThe main difference is in the management of the funds and the purpose behind the project. If you are a student, the grant may be managed by your university and be more limited to an educational setting. If you are applying as an LLC, you may manage the funds directly for your project within your organization. The amount of the grant may be similar vary.
